Paul Zettl, EVP & chief marketing officer at Cohen and Steers, joins Shannon Rosic, Flyer Financial Technologies, to discuss the importance of diversity, equity and inclusion and cultivating an inclusive culture as well as where advisors can start to become a more inclusive workspace.

Paul joined Cohen & Steers as their senior vice present, head of global marketing and chief marketing officer, in 2019. With over 25 years of financial services experience, he leads strategic marketing initiatives for all global client platforms. Before joining Cohen & Steers, Paul was the group vice president, head of product marketing and offer management, at T. Rowe Price where he was responsible in developing and managing value-added programs for wealth and retirement advisors.
